Gov. Funding

We accept DSPD and VR funding. Please see the "Gov. Funding" section of this webpage for more information. 

Private Pay

We accept Private Pay for all services. If you plan on paying for the client's services yourself please see the "Private Pay" sections of this webpage. If you think you might need Financial Assistance, please scroll to the "Financial Assistance" section of this page. 

Financial Assistance

As a 501(c)3 and through the generous support we receive from the community, we are able to offer services on a sliding scale. For more information please see the "Financial Assistance" section of this webpage. 

Gov. Funding

Sisu Adult Growth accepts funding from both The Department of Services with Disabilities (DSPD) and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR). If you are interested in using our services please let your DSPD Coordinator or VR Counselor know after you speak with us and know Sisu is a good fit for the client. To reach out to us to see if we're a good fit, please visit our "Services" page. 

Sisu Adult Growth accepts private pay directly through the client and/or guardian (if applicable). Below is our pricing for each service we offer. 

Day program: $120/day

One-on-one Skills Training: $75/hour

Job Development: $60/hour

Job Coaching: $45/hour

Invoices are sent to the primary caregiver at the end of each month.

Private Pay

Financial Assistance

The cost of daily service to our clients is $120.00 per day, however as a 501©(3) and through the generous support we receive from the community we serve, we are able to charge on a sliding scale.

Fees are set on a sliding scale based on the client's and/or household income. Below are the scale ranges for each service:

Day program: $40 - 120/day

One-on-one Skills Training: $35 - 75/hour

Job Development: $20 - 60/hour

Job Coaching: $15 - 45/hour

The sliding scale uses 150% of the United States poverty level guidelines, as defined by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, to establish the scale.  

Invoices are sent to the primary caregiver at the end of each month.
