Client Policies
CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS BY CLIENT/FAMILY
The Client/Family may cancel sessions by giving at least 12 hours prior notice to a Sisu staff contact, in which case no cancellation fees will be incurred. Sessions that are cancelled by the Client/Family AFTER the 12 hour deadline will be charged the full rate for that session.
CANCELLATION OF LESSONS BY SISU STAFF
The Sisu staff may cancel sessions by giving 12 hours prior notice to the Client/Family in which case no fees shall be incurred. If a Sisu staff cancels a session AFTER the 12 hour deadline then the Client/Family will be asked if they would like to reschedule the session within the next 30 days. If the answer is YES, then the Client/Family will reschedule the lesson with the Sisu staff at a time that is agreeable for both parties. If the answer is NO, then no further action is needed. This interaction between Client/Family and Sisu staff should be documented by email.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather (snow, sleet, hail, flooding, tornado, hurricane, severe thunderstorm) we will leave it up to the discretion of the Client/Family and the Sisu staff as to whether or not a lesson will be held. Please communicate with your Sisu staff on session days when there is inclement weather. The Sisu staff shall reschedule the appointment at a time agreeable to both parties, should lessons be cancelled due to inclement weather. No cancellation fees are processed if the cancellation is due to inclement weather.
***Exceptions may be made only in cases in which a Client cannot attend due to SERIOUS illness or the death of an immediate member of the Student’s family. In these cases, official documentation may be required. In the case of one of these instances, please get ahold of your Sisu staff contact as soon as possible.***
REFUND POLICY
Please be aware that we have a No Refund Policy for all services. Refund requests, including, but not limited to, those made by Clients who cannot attend services, regardless of the Client’s reason(s), and regardless of whether the Client provides us with less than 12 hr. advance notice, will not be honored.
NO WARRANTIES
While we endeavor to provide the best educational and training services possible, Sisu Adult Growth makes no promises or warranties with regards to a Client’s performance as a result of any services provided. In no event shall our obligations, expressed or implied, to any customer or site user, exceed those obligations specifically noted herein.
